On my way to Open Source Days 2008

Permalink 2008-10-03 08:40, by jaervosz, Categories: General, Gentoo, Universe/English, Opensource

At last I got a bit of time away from work and is now sitting in the train¹ enroute to CPH for Open Source Days 2008. This is the first year that I attend both days of the conference and I must say that I'm looking forward to many of the presentations. Currently I'm planning to attend Martin Parm speaking about large scale installations with Gentoo, Nigel Kersten about Puppet, good old PHK about Best Practives, Mads Toftum about Grumpy Sysadms, and Andreas Ericsson about Nagios. This year I think I might skip Ralf and Pattrick's talk about Amavisd-new in favor of the Vyatta talk. Though I'm not sure, I do like amavisd-new... so many choices.

Anyways I'm looking forward to getting out of the dusty office and get some new inspiration...

¹ Again DSB managed to mess up almost everything. Delayed departure, missing wagon, missing seats, so much for DSB 1'...
